W'lan (Waylan)Name Pronounced: wa lan (way lan) Appearance: He isn’t the tallest ever at about 5’11” not the most built man ever holding somewhere around 155 pounds of mainly muscle. Four turns as a weyrling before impressing made their mark on him and is rather well built from all the exercise, while he doesn’t keep it up like he did then he keeps up enough of it that it keeps him in rather good shape. Over all he holds a look between a runner and a terra body builder, his muscles more lean for the most part, but bugleing a bit in some places like his thighs and upper arms or ‘chiseled’ like his abs. Personality: He has become a watcher. Not a sit on the side lines and do nothing but watch, watcher. More a Nainrouth is walking oddly or holding that wing wrong so something is wrong, kind of watcher. It was not the way he always was, but after an episode with Nainrouth early in Weyrling training he has developed into that to combat his mate’s ‘problem’. More exactly his mate is overly sensitive to bothering him and so he is overly watchful of him to be sure he doesn’t injure him self or need anything and is just trying to keep it from him. History: Father: Way’sa, deceased at 40, bluerider Information about W'lan (Waylan)'s pets Pet Name: Hope Pet Type: Green Firelizard Appearance: Egg – White with gray stripes, this egg is a complete mystery. No one was expecting what came out of such a small egg. A egg this small meant for a surprise. Personality: She isn’t a very independent thing especially for a green. She prefers spending her time closer to her pet then any where else. She doesn’t do much betweening when she does move far from him, in fact she almost seems scared too in truth and it’s just one more thing that worries her pet about her. She loves her pet though and maybe once she gets a bit older and bigger she will become more independent, but right now she just loves her pet and wants to be close to him. Information about W'lan (Waylan)'s dragon Dragon Name: Nainrouth Colour: Brown Age: 17 Wing (Weyrling Group): Thunder Flame Appearance: Once a rather gangly, thin, and awkward dragonet Nainrouth is now well a gangly and thin dragon. He was hatched small and stayed that way now being one of the smaller browns in the Weyr at just barely making 30 feet. His wings are a bit overly large for his small frame and they give him a bit of an odd look when they are furled due to the way that they do not stay completely ‘in place’ where they should be and instead trail down his sides some. Other then his wings though he is a fine looking brown all be it a small one who looks like he could do with some filling out, but it’s not a bad thin more just he looks like he hasn’t gotten any muscle or something. Personality: He doesn’t like to bother his rider for anything if he can help it. He feels bad every time he must or just does ask his rider for something because he feels like he burdens W’lan by doing so. While this makes him mostly a quite thing it makes it worse then even most browns tend to be. He is not just calm and detached when it comes to other dragons, fall, or thing of that sort he is quite towards his rider. Which in turn has cause W’lan to worry over him all the /more/. Weyr of Origin: Telgar Abilites and weaknesses: He doesn’t often complain and while most would think that good it’s not, he has tried to keep going with a wing strain a couple of times due to not wanting to burden his rider with having to care for it. Once in Weyrling training he even let a bit of flaky hide get so bad that it cracked, so he is one to be watch for things of that sort. He is a lighter boy and a smaller one meaning he can get a better speed and do tighter turns then some of his fellows, but it also means that if fall is overly heavy or windy or some such he probably won’t make it quite the whole fall.
